The Coquitlam Express were made aware of a fake Twitter account that was tweeting hateful and offensive things to our General Manager Tali Campbell, our players, volunteers and sponsors.
Soon as we were made aware an investigation was conducted. As a result of that investigation it was found that a member of the Surrey Eagles Broadcast Team was behind the account.
Below, we recognize and accept the apology for the tweets under the name of ‘Jonathan Reybend’ on Twitter.
